This string quartet was the result of a workshop – recording session with Bozzini quartet. It reflects a personal approach in the field of symbols’ representation and the extraction of counterpoint events. It deals with the concepts of whistling language, redundant sound information, homonymy, prosody and heterophony. Even if it is a string quartet, this piece serves greatly as an example for a “vocal-influenced approach” to instrumental music.
